If you need to contact BlueFrog for technical support
issues such as email problems or you are having trouble connecting
to the Internet, you have three options:

Free web-based support.
BlueFrog staff have taken great care
to answer the most-often asked questions, and have provided
screenshots and instructions for most of the popular operating
systems and programs that we support. The
Support Web Site should be your first choice for free
technical support.

Free Email support is available by filling out our
support request form. Most emails are answered within
one business day. However, if your question is already answered
in our support web site, we will refer you to the proper section
or page of our web site for your answer.

Telephone support for basic connection issues is

AM -7 PM EST and Saturdays 9 AM - 2 PM
EST. Please note that this is a western NY telephone
number and long distance charges from your telephone
